Cancellation Policy
Poppin With Nance – Rental Terms & Policies Rental Items: 4 Drapes + Pipe System Rental Period: Rental is for 24 hours unless otherwise stated on the invoice. Late returns are subject to a $50/day fee. Care & Responsibility: Renter is responsible for all items from the time of pickup/delivery until return. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Damages, stains, or missing pieces will result in repair/replacement fees charged to the card on file. Setup & Breakdown: Unless setup/breakdown services are added to your invoice, renter is responsible for installation and takedown. Payment & Cancellations: Full payment is required to secure the rental. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable but may be applied as a credit toward a future rental within 6 months (subject to availability). Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required. Deposit is returned within 3–5 business days after items are inspected. Agreement: By submitting payment, client acknowledges and agrees to these rental terms.
