Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not use our site to post or transmit any harmful or offensive material.

 

Services and Products

We offer balloon décor, event styling, and related products and services. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Final quotes may vary depending on your event needs and customizations.

 

Booking & Payment Policy

*A 50% retainer is required to secure your event date. 

*The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event date.

*For bookings made within 14 days of the event, full payment is required upfront.

*No work, prep, or installation will begin without payment being completed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

*All payments are non-refundable.

*Clients may reschedule one time within 6 months, based on availability

*If cancellation occurs, all payments are forfeited.

Installation and Responsibility 

*Once balloons and decor are installed and accepted, Poppin with Nance is no longer responsible for damage, movement, or popping. 

     This includes:

          Guests handling balloons

          Children pulling or popping balloons

          Items being moved after setup

Outdoor Installations & Oxidation

*Outdoor setups are at client's risk.

* Balloons are highly sensitive to:

     Heat

     Sun exposure

     Wind

     Rain

     Humidity

* Oxidation (a cloudy or matted finish) is a natural process and not considered damage or defect.

*Poppin with Nance is not responsible for changes in color, shine, or balloon lifespan due to outdoor conditions.

Weather Conditions

*Severe weather (rain, strong winds, extreme heat/cold) may:

     Delay setup

     Limit installation options

     Require design adjustments

*No refunds will be issued due to weather-related changes.

Rental Equipment Policy

*All items provided (stands frames, backdrops, weights, etc.) are rental property unless otherwise stated.

*Client is responsible for:

     Damage

     Theft

     Misuse

*Replacement fees will be charged at full retail value if items are damaged or not returned.

Balloon Lifespan Disclaimer

*Air-filled designs typically last 1-5 days indoors, depending on environment.

*Helium balloons typically last:

     Latex: 8-24 hours

     Foil: 2-5 days

*Longevity is not guaranteed due to environmental factors.

Balloon Release

Poppin with Nance does not support or condone balloon releases due to environmental and safety concerns.

Releasing balloons into the air can pose a risk to wildlife, power lines, and the environment.  Once released, balloons become litter and may cause harm to animals and ecosystems.

​

For this reason:

     *We do not provide or participate in intentional balloon releases

     *We are no responsible for any balloons released by clients or guests after delivery or installation

     *Clients assume full responsibility for any releases conducted independently

Design Changes

*Final design must be approved prior to installation.

*Any changes within72 hours of event may:

     Not be accommodated

     Be subject to additional fees

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including photos, logos, and text, belongs to Poppin With Nance and may not be used without permission.

*Poppin with Nance reserves the right to:

     Take photos/videos of all setups

     Use content for marketing, social media, and promotions

Safety Disclaimer

*Balloons and small parts can pose a choking hazard.

*Children must be supervised at all times.

*Poppin with Nance is not liable for injuries related to misuse.

 

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Your continued use of our website means you accept any changes.
