Security deposits vary based on the total value of the rented items. Any damages to products will result in charges equivalent to the full value of the item. Full payment is required 7 days prior to your event. Chairs and all rented equipment must be returned in their original condition; this includes decorations and props. Rentals will not be processed without a valid credit card on file for security purposes. Items that are not available for pick-up and remain unreturned will be considered stolen, and necessary actions will be taken to recover them, including reporting to the authorities.

Customers are granted a 20-minute grace period upon the arrival of our delivery or setup team. If no one is available to grant access to the venue within this timeframe, our team will be forced to leave, and a second delivery fee will be charged for any return visit. Upon our driver’s arrival for pickup, all rental items must be surrendered immediately. If our driver is asked to wait, for instance, to allow for the opening of gifts or for additional photos, a fee of $25.00 will be charged for every 15 minutes of waiting, deducted from your security deposit.

We are not responsible for furniture that cannot be fit through doorways; furniture must not be forced through windows or manipulated in any manner to fit. There are no exceptions to this rule. Reservation fees are non-refundable  in the event of cancellation. Security deposits will be processed automatically if a credit card number is on file. 

Bookings are final - refunds will not be provided for cancellations related to COVID-19. We reserve the right to refuse delivery for unconfirmed orders. Items picked up directly from the store must be loaded by the customer themselves.

• Responsibility for Damages:

  • The customer assumes full responsibility for any damages or breakages to the rented item while it is in their possession.

• Full Payment Requirement:

  • In the event of damages or breakages, the customer is responsible for paying the full price of the item immediately upon return, as outlined in the rental agreement.

• Security Deposit:

  • Customers may be required to provide a security deposit to cover potential damages, which will be returned upon satisfactory return of the item.

• Inspection:

  • The rented item will be inspected upon return, and any damages or breakages will be assessed and communicated to the customer.

• Deductions from Security Deposit:

  • Any required payment for damages will be deducted from the security deposit, and any remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.

• Non-Negotiable:

  • The requirement to pay the full price of the item immediately in case of damages is non-negotiable and integral to the rental agreement.

• Dispute Resolution:

  • In the event of a dispute regarding damages or payments, Poppin with Nance reserves the right to take appropriate action to recover the full value of the item.

• Rental Period:

  • The rental period begins at the time the item is picked up or delivered and ends when the item is returned to Poppin with Nance.

• Late Returns:

  • Late returns will incur additional charges. The customer agrees to return the items by the agreed-upon date and time.

• Cleanliness:

  • All rented items must be returned in the same condition as they were rented. A cleaning fee may be applied if items are returned dirty or stained.

• Usage:

  • Rented items are to be used solely for the purpose they are intended. Misuse of items can result in additional charges or the forfeiture of the security deposit.

• Liability:

  • Poppin with Nance is not liable for any injuries or damages that occur while rented items are in the customer's possession.

• Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental date may incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than one week prior to the rental date will incur a restocking fee of 15%. Full refunds will be provided for cancellations made at least one week prior to the rental date.

• Force Majeure:

  • Poppin with Nance is not responsible for any delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.

• Acknowledgment:

  • By signing the rental agreement, the customer acknowledges understanding and agreement to these terms and conditions.
